Information you submit

When you request an assessment or apply for beta access, we collect the information shown on the form. This can include your name, company, email address, phone number, role, revenue range, trade, operational challenges, current tools, and the page that led you to the form.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate beta applications, prepare relevant workflow questions, and communicate about the service you asked about. We do not sell prospect information.

Where it is stored

New website form submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database controlled by Smart Business Automator. For basic attribution and abuse monitoring, we may also store the referring page and the country associated with the request. We do not store the submitter's IP address or browser user-agent in the lead record.

Beta applications submitted through the earlier embedded Google Form remain within the Google account that owns that form. New applications submitted through this website use the Cloudflare database described above.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your submission by emailing info@smartbusinessautomator.com.

Security and updates

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as our forms and services change, and the date above will show the latest revision.
